1. Question: Do you design portraits by hand or do you just use AI and filters?
All portraits are designed by hand by real life humans. We do not use AI and we do not use filters. We draw and paint using digital pen and tablets.
2.Question: Can you print more than one pet in a portrait?
Yes! We offer modern pet portraits for two pets, three pets and four pets to be shown together in a single portrait.
3. Question: Do you do human portraits?
We can do human portraits, but that isn’t our specialty.
4. Question: Does it matter what's in the background of my photo?
Not at all. As long as your fur baby is in natural light, is not blurry, and the photo is taken on a modern smartphone, it will be perfect!
5.Question: How do you produce your artwork?
Our artists are professionally trained designers. We use pen and tablet and we never use AI or filters to make our modern pet portraits. We take pride in our work and the human touch required to capture your pet’s facial features.
6. Question: Can I see the artwork before it gets printed?
Of course. We offer free, unlimited revisions on all orders. We want to make sure you’re 100% satisfied. You’ll get an email when your portrait is ready to review.
7. Question: Can I change the background colour of my canvas?
We offer a range of background colors intended to suit all home interiors. Right now we do not offer the option to choose a totally custom color, other than those offered.
8. Question: What if my photo is in black and white?
If your photo is in black and white, then our artists will make the artwork black and white. Please note that we use the original photo as the reference. If your pet pulls a goofy face in the photo, then they’ll have a goofy face in their portrait too!
